Terms & Conditions

We accept returns and exchanges if contacted within 7 days of receiving your items. All items must be returned to us in their original and unused condition with original packaging. Once items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund less shipping charges. Your refund will be issued in the original payment method. 

PLEASE NOTE: our products are hand printed and hand dyed. There will be small blemishes and imperfections, which we consider part of the charm. These are not considered defective.
